    DASH is a volunteer network that provides discreet, no-cost abortion pills by mail and support to people in need. No medical consultation is provided and no prescription is required. DASH asks, for your safety, that you set up a secure, free email account on [protonmail.com](https://proton.me/) to use when requesting services. To request pills, please email requestDASH@proton.me In the subject line write “Request”, in the email body please include the first day of your last menstrual period, your name, and your complete mailing address. For pregnancies up to 11 weeks, they provide: - 1 (200mg) mifepristone pill - 8 (200mcg) misoprostol pills For pregnancies over 11 weeks: - 1 (200mg) mifepristone pill - 16 (200mcg) misoprostol pills DASH provides personal abortion assistance, available exclusively through the free [Signal app](https://signal.org/download/), for medical questions and emotional support. DASH can provide support in both English and Spanish.
