    carafem offers medication abortion at home with an online evaluation that doesn’t necessitate a video appointment or require you to talk on the phone with the provider, though you can request a video appointment if you'd prefer. The medication will be delivered in 1-4 days once prescribed, with prescription anti-nausea medication, pain medication, and a pregnancy test. No private insurance is accepted, but medicaid is accepted in Illinois and Maryland. Sliding scale pricing and financial assistance available. All major credit cards, gift cards, and FSA/HSA cards are accepted. Advanced provision price range is $299-399 and no insurance or assistance is available.
