    Tia Health is a membership based health service, but they offer an "essential" option that has no start-up or monthly fee and you pay per appointment. For telehealth abortion appointment you will need to make an account and the cost will be between $200-300 for the consultation and the medications are an additional $100 shipped through their pharmacy partner Honeybee Health.
