Find the section(s) that need updating, click update, and add the correct information. When you're done updating the section(s), scroll to the bottom of the form, enter your email (this is required in case we need to follow up) and click the Submit Change Request button.
Virtual appointments are available Monday - Wednesday from 8:30 am to 5 pm and Thursday from 10:30 am to 6 pm.
You can receive the pills either by mail or by picking them up at your local Planned Parenthood health center. You must be in Oregon during visit and must have an Oregon mailing address if medication is mailed.
If you don't have insurance, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale. If you’re worried about cost, call to ask about how you can get health care that fits your budget.
