Las Libres is an organization based in Mexico that provides support and Abortion pills up to 18 weeks. All services are free for those who cannot afford other services. Through Las Libres, you will receive pills by mail and virtual accompaniment in English or Spanish during abortion available via the free Signal app or by emailing request@laslibres.org It's important to note that while self-managing an abortion with pills is extremely safe and effective in ending a pregnancy, it can come with legal risk.
