    carafem offers medication abortion at home with an online evaluation that doesn’t include a video appointment or require you to talk on the phone with the provider. The cost is inclusive and ranges from $0-399, with sliding scale and financial assistance available. All major credit cards, gift cards, and FSA/HSA cards are accepted. (Advanced provision price range is $299 - $399). carafem also partners with national and regional abortion funds to ensure cost is never a barrier to receiving abortion care from carafem. Medicaid may be accepted for abortion pills in Illinois and Maryland. The medication will be delivered in 1-4 days once prescribed, with prescription anti-nausea medication, pain medication, and a pregnancy test. If you'd prefer to have a video appointment with medical staff, carafem offers that too with costs ranging from $0 - 249, with sliding scale and financial assistance available. Video visit is required in Delaware.
