When you call the clinic, press 1 in the phone menu. If the phone tree repeats, you can press 0 to connect with an operator. The operator will first schedule a 20-minute phone intake to collect your information. At the scheduled time, you’ll have a call with a nurse, and after that call the nurse can schedule your in-person abortion appointment. This was our experience in September 2025. It may have changed.
