Must be Indigenous, Black, or undocumented (any country of origin), 18 years old or younger (any ethnicity); if Indigenous, they must provide some kind of proof they are Indigenous; if 18 or under, must provide school ID or some kind of proof of their age. Forms of ID accepted - Per Capita Payment Stub School ID for school on a reservation, tribal college/university IHS or tribal clinic communication or perscription Certificate of degree of Indian blood (CDIB) If approrpiate for your community, a photo of you in regalia Parental CDIB with your birth certificate If you don't have any of these or are undocumented, call or text 505-398-1990
