Eligibility Requirements for Clients
While abortion is currently banned in Kentucky, A Fund, Inc. will assist clients who must travel out of state for care. Kentucky and Metro-Louisville clients who are unable to raise the full cost of the abortion they seek can apply to the providing clinic for financial assistance from A Fund. The clinic will contact A Fund on behalf of the client.
A Fund advises patients to first phone the National Abortion Federation, 1-800 772-9100, to see how much NAF will be able to support them.
This organization offers financial support to any KY patient in need of abortion regardless of where they go for care.
